Conditions for completing each module of the program
Completion requirements are:
- active participation in the planning of an individual learning plan;
- active participation in the programme and preparation of a personal portfolio;
- progress according to the individual learning plan (the teacher assesses each participant’s progress).
For each participant in the programme, the achievement of the learning outcomes defined by the programme is monitored and assessed. The assessment is carried out continuously throughout the programme (written assignments, oral presentations, summaries, self-evaluation, interim tests, individual progress and participation). For this purpose, each participant prepares a personal portfolio during the programme, which is evaluated by the teacher at the end of the initial module and at the end of the follow-up module.
In accordance with the Decree on the Methods and Scope of Providing Assistance Programmes for the Integration of Foreigners who are not Citizens of the European Union (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 70/12, 58/16 and 70/21) – link, an internal knowledge assessment (written and oral) is also carried out at the end of the programme. The internal assessment is not the same as the Slovenian language exam as a second and foreign language at different levels.
Upon completion of the programme, the participant receives an officially recognized certificate of attendance.
